Performance

The HSP is committed to a cycle of constant improvements within the Borough. The Partnership has the challenging role of bringing everyone together to continue to improve the lives of residents in Havering.

The HSP will achieve this by hitting targets that have been set by Local Government, also called Local Area Agreements (LAA). The Annual targets and results for 2009/2010 can be found by downloading the Annual Report on the right hand side of this page.

The Place Survey is a statutory postal survey which is carried out by all local english authorities every two years, to help to look at priories around the borough, by asking residents for their perception on a range of issues relating to life in the borough. Havering completed an interim survey in 2009, which secured 2,846 responses from residents aged 18+. You can download the interim survey results on the right hand side of this page.
