Network and communication

The Havering Strategic Partnership is not one organisation, but a collection of separate, but interlocking ones with distinct but related roles. This makes the need for strengthening networks through open and direct communication all the more vital. Some parts of the Partnership are less formal and rely on discussion to inform, whilst other parts are empowered to make decisions and allocate resources to projects.

There are a number of events and meetings which enable face to face communication. High quality strategies and decision making processes need good quality information.
