Network and communication

The Havering Strategic Partnership is not one organisation, but a collection of separate, but interlocking ones with distinct but related roles. This makes the need for strengthening networks through open and direct communication all the more vital. Some parts of the Partnership are less formal and rely on discussion to inform, whilst other parts are empowered to make decisions and allocate resources to projects.

There a number of events and meetings which enable face to face communication. High quality strategies and decision making processes need good quality information.

The HSP also has a quarterly newsletter that keeps the partnership up-to-date with partnership activity

Marketing Group

The HSP Marketing Groups aim is to improve communications between services and organisations on issues such as publicity, publications, newsletters, events and websites. The groups membership consists of representatives from Havering's strategic partnership and Havering's council services. Minutes from the meetings can be found here
