Link with the Community Strategy
The Community Strategy has been developed by Havering Strategic Partnership (HSP) and local organisations. HSP members work together with the whole community to achieve the shared vision set out in the 2005 Community Strategy.
Our Vision:
To create a safe, welcoming, healthier and more prosperous place where people choose to live, work and visit.
The Community Strategy provides the foundation for the LAA and creates a framework for improving the quality of life for all people in Havering.
A Local Area Agreement team has been created to help develop and implement the key priorities of the Havering Strategic Partnership. Our objective is to deliver good quality, coordinated, inclusive services. We will do this through the Implementation of the LAA.
Successful partnership working
2005/06 has been a significant year of challenge and achievement for the Havering Strategic Partnership. In working with our partners we have built on the successes of previous year to develop and improve services for local people. The LAA will enable us to focus our efforts over the next 3 years.
