HSP Strategic Board
The Strategic board is made up of the Theme Delivery Champions and key commissioning bodies, some of which include Job Centre Plus, Havering College, NHS Havering, the London Borough of Havering, Metropolitan Police and HAVCO, and is currently chaired by the leader of the London borough of Havering.
The Strategic Board looks at the 'bigger picture' in Havering. Its role is to:
- set the strategic direction for the partnership and the area
- commissioning and pooling of money
- progress and lead on cross cutting objectives
- focus on localities and areas of inequality
The board meets every quarter with all agendas and minutes being posted on this website to the right hand side of this page.
