Children's Trust
The Children's Trust meets every month, and their agenda's are redily available to download here. The board consits of represnetatives from across 6 of our partners, ranging from NHS Havering to Havering Colleges. You can find a full structure and board member list on page 29 of the CYPP.
Some key facts about Haverings Children and Young people.
Figures for 2009 show that 85% of 11 year olds reached the required standard in English, up from 84%. In Mathamatics 82% of 11 year olds reached the required standard up from 80% in 2006. In Science 90% of 11 year olds reached the required standard the same as in 2006.
In Havering last year there were 4,925 free early education placed taken up by three and four year olds, compared to London who had 181,455.
The percentage gap in achievement between the lowest 20% of achieving children in Havering, and the score of the median child in Havering is down from 34.7 in 2006 to 27.9 in 2009.
