The HSP is the Local Strategic Partnership for Havering. It works to promote the improvement and development of the London Borough of Havering, and its vision and aims reflect this.
Some of the key responsibilities of the HSP include:
Prepare and implement a community strategy;
Bring together local plans, partnerships and initiatives to provide a forum through which mainstream public service providers work effectively together to meet local needs and priorities;
Develop and implement a local public service agreement (LPSA);
Review, develop and deliver synergistic local services
